Northfield Soccer Association

Registration for the spring/summer 2023 traveling soccer season is now open! Teams are available for players in the U10-U18 age groups (birth years 2013-2005). Teams typically practice 2-3 times per week, beginning in April, weather permitting. Game play begins in early May and continues until July, with most teams playing one game per week for 10-12 total games per season.

The fee for the spring/summer 2023 season is $475 for U10-U12 players, and $500 for U13-U18. Fees may be paid in full or in three installments, with one-third of the payment due at the time of registration, one-third due on Jan. 31, 2023, and the remaining balance due on March 31, 2023. Scholarships are also available. Please contact Tammy Seymour at admin@northfieldsoccer.org to learn more or request a scholarship. Scholarship recipients do not have to make any payments at the time of registration.

Registration closes on Feb. 1, and teams will be formed immediately after registration closes, so please be sure to sign up on time. For more information or to register, visit www.northfieldsoccer.org/traveling.

Northfield Wrestling Club

The James Gang youth beginner wrestlers will hold their last season practice on Jan. 12, 2023. Wrestlers wanting to continue with the advanced season will need to either already be registered for the advanced season or visit with Coach Dom about what the advanced season includes. The advance wrestling season ends March 30, 2023. There will be no practice over the holiday break. Practice is held in the Northfield High School wrestling room on Tuesdays and Thursday. After Jan. 12, the practices for advanced wrestlers will be from 6-7:30 p.m.

Northfield Youth Baseball Association

Watch for registration to open mid-January for both Travel and In-House leagues!!

**Please note the program change made starting this season – the 10u and 11u will be full travel teams (instead of in-house/tournament teams as in past years). For those not interested in travel teams at those levels, there is a Community Rec league that will offer players an opportunity to be introduced to competition with other communities in a fun, skill-appropriate way! Check out the website for complete info on both options!**

Travel will be offered for 10u-15u players.

In-House is offered for:

  • Tball-kindergarten (age 5 by Sept. 1)
  • Futures (coach pitch) – grade 1
  • Rookies (machine pitch) – grades 2 and 3
  • Community Rec League – those in grades 4-7 not interested in travel. Registration will be done via the Travel league registration.
