Minnesota Youth Ski League

Northfield SkiSparks teaches cross-country skiing to kids ages 4-12 in a friendly, games-based environment. This statewide organization is the same one that taught Olympian Jessie Diggins how to ski! A limited stock of youth-sized rental gear is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will meet for eight Sunday afternoons in the Carleton Arboretum in January and February 2024.

Northfield Boys Basketball Association

Registration closes soon – register online now!

The Northfield Basketball Association provides a high-quality, positive basketball experience that inspires each player to continue to play and develop their skills, and teaches life lessons through positive interaction and sports. New players are encouraged at all levels!

The Northfield Basketball Association offers in-house and traveling competitive teams and skills/play seasons for boys in grades K-8. The in-house and skills/play sessions run from November to January. The traveling season runs from October through March.

Northfield Wrestling Club

Free Wrestling Clinic
Try wrestling for FREE. The beginner wrestling clinic will run at Bridgewater, Greenvale and Spring Creek Elementaries after school until 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 23, 25, 30 and Nov. 1. The All City Elementary Tournament will wrap up the clinic on Nov. 2 at 6 p.m. in the Northfield High School gym. Register here.

Girls Wrestling
Try girls wrestling on a girls-only team. The $40 registration fee includes six girls-only practices and a girls-only Holiday Clash wrestling tournament. Practices will be Mondays, Nov. 13-Dec. 18, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Northfield High School wrestling room. Girls-only wrestling tournament on Dec. 17 at the Northfield High School. Girl wrestlers should arrive at noon with wrestling beginning at 1 p.m. on Dec. 17. Register here.

Intro to Wrestling
Try wrestling. Join the Northfield James Gang intro to wrestling for PreK-K on Mondays, Nov. 13-Dec. 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Registration fee for the six sessions is $60. Wrestlers can join the beginner program for an additional fee of $80. Register here.

Novice Wrestling
Join the Northfield James Gang novice wrestling practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Northfield High School wrestling room from 6-7 p.m. from Nov. 9-April 4. Registration fee is $140. Register here.

Advanced Wrestling
Join the Northfield James Gang advanced wrestling practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Northfield High School wrestling room from 7-8:30 p.m. from Nov. 9-April 4. Registration fee is $180. Register here.

Northfield Youth Baseball Association

Save the date for the Northfield Youth Baseball Association Dartball tournament at the Northfield Golf Club on October 14th. Participants will have fun playing Dartball while supporting youth baseball in Northfield.
