The 10U (grade 4) age group has been changed to full Travel, instead of the Tournament Team/Minors In-House option as in previous years. 10U Travel players will play a full MBL schedule with games against other communities during the week, in addition to practices, and tournaments throughout the summer on weekends. Those not wanting to play Travel baseball at this age have the option to join players in grades 5-8 in the Community Rec League. We will have teams in this league at the grades 4/5 and 6-8 levels. The Community Rec League league is a partnership with other south metro associations such as Farmington and Lakeville. The league will run from the beginning of May to the end of July. Teams will play a 12-16 game schedule with games held in Northfield, Lakeville, and Farmington. Practices will be scheduled in Northfield, in addition to games, at the coaches’ discretion.
*All registration for this age group will be done via the Travel Team registration.
*Players may be asked to come for an evaluation with their peers to help with team placement.
