Northfield Community Education
There are no classes starting in March.
Watch for communication about upcoming April programs including Red Cross swimming lessons, indoor flag football, indoor tennis, martial arts, horseback riding, soccer, street hockey, Girls On The Run, gumdo, and skateboarding/scootering! Check out the brochure here.

Northfield Skating School
Stay tuned for registration to open on April 7 for Northfield Skating School’s summer session! Build Skills and Confidence for Skating and for Life with our team of professionally trained staff. Summer classes and private lessons will run in June and July for beginners, advanced ice sports athletes, figure skaters, hockey players, and adults. Be on the lookout for the Community Education brochure and NSS’s Facebook page for details.
Please note: Enrollment in group lessons is required by the deadline to be eligible for private lessons.
Northfield Soccer Association
Do you have a young soccer player ready to get back on the field? Registration for the Northfield Soccer Association’s In-House and Academy programs will open in early April. These programs are available to players ages 4-10, with those born between 2015 and 2019 eligible for In-House, and those born between 2013 and 2015 eligible for the Academy.

Northfield Tennis Association
The NTA is partnering with Northfield Community Education to offer beginner tennis lessons for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade at each of the elementary schools. There are 3 lessons per session where kids will be in constant motion; each class unfolds and unveils one fun station after another. This creative program will inspire your child and will also teach concrete tennis skills at the net. Sign up through Northfield Community Ed!
Northfield Wrestling Club
The James Gang youth advanced season runs through March 30. Practice is held in the Northfield High School wrestling room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 p.m. Register online.
Mark your calendar for the Northfield Wrestling Camp, tentatively scheduled for June 19-20. Look for more information next month.
Northfield Youth Baseball Association
Registration for our 2023 season is open until mid March! Check out the registration page and sign up today for some summer fun!
In-House baseball is available for players in grades K-3. Registration will close March 15.
Community Rec league is a recreational league for players in grades 4-8. There will be minimal travel to neighboring communities associated with this league, such as Farmington and Lakeville. Registration should be done via the Travel team registration. Registration will close March 12.
Travel baseball is open for players in grades 4-9. Tryouts will be held for travel teams March 15, 18, and 19. An age-specific schedule came be found on the NYBA website. Registration will close March 12.
Players should register for the grade level they are CURRENTLY in.
